There is a growing army of keyboard warriors, who worry about things like the celebs who have been married but are not making babies ( I call them the womb watchers), and then there are the ones whose personal favourite is to stalk celebrity children and see how they are doing…wasting no time in harassing the heck out of their parents for “failing” in the business of parenting.
These people always have a better way of doing things, they are quick to castigate and mock, forgetting that no one, absolutely no one, came to this life a perfect mother or father. It’s a learning curve for every parent. Sometimes you get it right, sometimes you don’t. But you never quit. You just keep trying.
That is not too say that there are not some parenting “fails” that shouldn’t have happened, but come on, if we all talk about our less than stellar moments in parenting, there will be tons of things to talk about.
While the celebs share photos of their lives, the keyboard warriors analysed them and below are some of the photos that raised some people’s blood pressure levels in no small way.
Pop King, Michael Jackson
Michael Jackson is one of the most talked about and well-loved public figures to ever make his way into mainstream media. Michael’s success was so huge, he was dubbed “The King of Pop.”
He was also a beacon of controversy over the years, for multiple allegations of child molestation and negligence, but due to lack of evidence, Jackson was either innocent or a smooth criminal.
The most memorable moment from Jackson’s eccentric and uncomfortable parenthood was when he dangled his nine month old son, Prince Michael II, over the balcony of a hotel in Berlin; reporters were looking for a photo opportunity, and Jackson presented his son with a blanket over his head, from five floors above the ground. There was an audible gasp as some people thought he was going to toss the infant over the railing.
Jackson should have just stuck to singing about the ABC’s rather than trying to gain media publicity.
