So the Egg Fast was an EPIC FAIL ! I only lost 1kg, after all that hunger and deprivation.

Lunch: Boiled eggs & mayo.

EGG FAST – DAY 1
Hmmmm, today was a little rough. I went overboard with butter with my sunny side up eggs, and it left me so , I could barely eat for the rest of the day. Here’s how it went.

Lunch: 2 sunny side up eggs and 1 sausage.
Dinner: Beef patties, mixed vegetables and mayonnaise.
Water: 3 litres.
