    Hi Nicole
No OPK…Just the ovulation calendar app in my phone.
I was also introduced to Letrozole by my Doctor last month…I took the 10 tablets before my last menses
    Thanks

    • Sharon @sharonstone, Letrozole (or Femara) is also very good. Hopefully, with the Metformin it should do the trick. But I would still advise an OPK. The ovulation calendar on your device is generic, and won’t be able to track your own individual situation. Try an OPK, just to be sure you’re actually ovulating.

Thanks Nicole. I’ve been taking Metformin as prescribed. The PID affording to d doctor, has no impact and just a little remnant. The fibroid is also outside of my uterus.
Doctor said I’m fine to conceive, just that I find it worrisome not to av conceived at all despite being “fine”

    • Sharon @sharonstone, I’m glad that structurally, everything is fine. The diabetes might have thrown your hormones off track, making ovulation difficult. But with the right meds, this should be improved hopefully. Do you use any OPK?

    • Hi dear @sharonstone :friends: . Welcome to our family. The first thing to do would be to manage the blood sugar, mainly via meds like Metformin or any other drug your doctor recommends for the purpose. He can then go on to prescribe an ovulation stimulant or any other meds to regulate your own hormones to enhance ovulation. Your PID,did it have…[Read more]
