pre-school already @pearl :good: Time does fly… Good to hear from you, been a long while.

Indeed i hope this time truly resets all for us. A huge show stopper indeed, i started this year planning 10th and 40th…Now, prayer is to survive this year. Everyday, another young person dies, may God keep us and may we be guided that we are not…[Read more]

In deed COVID is a real show stopper @Nicole. I hope people will use this time to reflect on what life really means and how vulnerable we all are as humans. Jumping up and down trying to achieve this and that, following the trend, shopping till stupor, etc Hoping this will reset humans back to basics of survival.

Oh wow, Pre-School already  :cloud9: . How time flies! I can understand your concerns. My son was to have started creche or whatever this September, but I’ve pushed that way, way ahead. Even his sisters are still in online school for the forseeable future. COVID has been a real show stopper this year.

  • Good morning,

i normally do my morning detox by combining cinnamon with other herbs. May I know if this is helpful or i should just focus on cinnamon every day?

We are all doing fine @Nicole. Going for check up soon (weight and height check), he will also be starting pre school next month. So nervous… Corona is not making me comfortable at all. Scared to let him have contact with people. 🙁

  • Justonyx ( @justonyx ) dear, so glad to hear from you again :hugs:

I’m so sorry about all the delays. COVID has been such a show stopper :nope: . But all things always work together for good. Who knows, maybe God wants you to have the surgery in Ghana rather than the UK, especially as doctors this side of the world deal with the condition a whole…[Read more]

Sooooo, after my first week of O.M.A.D, I didn’t get a great result at all. I only lost 0.6kg :dohh: . After a lot of reflection, I realised what my saboteurs were. I don’t know if anyone is reading this thread, but if anyone is, you can learn from my mistakes.

Here are the mistakes I made last week and which I won’t be repeating…[Read more]

  • DAY THIRTY-FIVE (JUNE 11, 2020)

Took a break from O.M.A.D today, as per weekend. But also because I was discouraged with my weigh-in today. I lost a measly 0.6kg  . I’ve realised I sabotaged myself in a few ways…the Ketones, the fat bombs, no exercise, not enough water. Na wa! Now I know what to different next week. Still going to do O.M.A.D,…[Read more]

  • DAY THIRTY TWO (JULY 08, 2020)
O.M.A.D – WEEK ONE, DAY THREE
Today wasn’t bad at all

I broke my fast at about noon. I couldn’t drink tea so took 2 SlimFast fat bombs instead.

OMAD: Fried Ram Meat (so delish). But the bad part, I couldn’t even finish it. I got full almost immediately.
