The most delicious berry cake ever. Took all of 5 minutes to prepare (1 minute mixing and 4 minutes in the microwave). It might not look like much but it tasted HEAVENLY!
Just 6g carbs for the serving. Not an everyday meal but a once in a while treat.

I didn’t even bother with pictures or a log today. I ate eggs but also ate sausages. This egg fast has been tedious and I haven’t even noticed any improvement 😥
Well, at least the waist is getting smaller. Next weigh in will be after fat fast. Wish me luck!
