The period this month is pretty gentle. The cramps were not so bad also, even when the flow was very heavy. Amen o. The testimony has to be sweet. @oluwakemine.
Amen @Nicole. Yes, I would check out the clinic @fifi talked of as soon as I can. January may just be it because our budget till year end does not include hospital visits.

Jesus has been my gynae since November last year o. I really didn’t go to see any specialist. When my period starts its wahala, i see a GP. Been faithing for my miracle jare. @fifi plus since hubs got diagnosed with HBP, we have been chilling and TTCing at once. It’s awesome to have a God to trust in o. You just know you are covered. After having the girls, I have times when it’s perfect, and times it shoots up, so even I have to watch it. Just be sure to check it as often as you can. Do you have one of those home monitors? They are healthy dear, but too much nuts are not advisable. Groundnuts are actually very high in calories, the others are healthier options, but bingeing is not advisable. I just followed you on instagram @iyawodiipo. my handle is @mrsc….

I especially love carrots for snacking, apples are good too, almond nuts (but in limited quantity), fruits, cucumber slices, stuff like that.
