@missirregularversion hun, you’ll notice a marked change with lifestyle changes. I understand only too well those sugar cravings (I still struggle), but trust me, you’ll be the better for it. Just start by ditching the soda and sweet treats, and watch how you feel. Good luck this weekend hun. Let us know how it goes

@missirregularversion hun, you’re right. Those meds can sometimes be disruptive. Have you tried any lifestyle changes (diet et al)? So many PCOS women have had their symptoms considerably lessened through diet changes, some even getting their

Very well said. I’m not exactly faithful to the healthy lifestyle. I’m a Coca Cola fan. Sugar cravings caused by the hormonal imbalances. I haven’t had a period in 3months. Negative hpts. Bloated tummy. Bracing up for a scan this weekend. Hopefully there’s a surprise waiting.
