    With the success of last week’s fat fast, I’m going to switch things up next week with O.M.A.D :yahoo:

    For those who don’t know, O.M.A.D. means one meal a day, so it’s mainly intermittent fasting and ensuring that, even with the one meal, you still meet your macros of 75% fat, 20% protein and 5% carbs.
