Metformin is used to manage PCOS and it’s effect on insulin sensitivity.It also has the added effect of weight loss.All of these factors encourage pregnancy.
Increased weight,Insulin resistance,high sugar levels can cause problems in a developing pregnancy so staying on Metformin throughout pregnancy can improve the chances of a healthy delivery and baby.

Sorry @oluwakemi I’m just seeing this. I was saying the progesterone might have caused my last miscarriage. As I was on it when it happened. Could I have reacted to it don’t no jare. Just my thoughts.

Trying to conceive after a loss 4 years, 1 month agoI would have loved to join you ladies but I live in Ibadan. I wish you lots of fun though. Will hear the gist when you get back. Funny enough I was on progesterone for the 2nd pregnancy . Infact I had taken like four injections. Sometimes I wonder if it was the cause sef. 😉
