The Fibroid Group 2 years, 4 months ago@Nicole I had abdominal myomectomy last Saturday and am recovering nicely.19 fibriods were removed at different locations am so happy I didn’t go ahead with the IVF it would have been a mess.

@abbytee hun, I PRAISE God for a successful procedure. 19 fibroids! That’s no joke at all! Thank God that one is over. Now, just rest up and relax! Who knows what God can do from now until you’re ready to cycle

The Fibroid Group 2 years, 5 months agoPlease I need your candid advice.
In 2012 I had abdominal fibroid surgery and in June this year when carrying out preliminary test for IVF some fibroids were discovered and we had to hold on cos I was asked to do surgery again.
Intramural 3.5 x 4.3cm located in th anterior superior.
Intramural 3.2 x 3.2cm located in the posterior inferior.

Dearest @abbytee hun, my candid advise would be to remove them. Yes, their location might not be compromising, but if your doctors feel taking them out would be best, I would advise the same. IVF is an expensive endeavour, and anything that could compromise its success should be taken into serious consideration.

our will surely come to pass. For all those looking onto God, we ‘ll surely carry our babies soon.
@Nicole down but knows there is a reason for this delay cos I would have cycled this month. Looking at using herbs as I know am draining hubby’s account.
As anyone used herbs to get rid of fibroid?-

. As for herbs for fibroids, I know people use them to manage the fibroids, but I’m yet to hear of any full eradication through herbs. Have you tried the Pax Herbal?-
I haven’t, will check it out.

IVF Buddies 2 years, 7 months agoCongratulations guys@ Nicole is it advisable to do fibroid surgery again which ‘ll require me to wait another 3 months? I was advised by my doctor but scared since I did one 2012.
