@oluwakemine Yeah i know. I’m at the point of giving up on hospitals. All i hear is problem after problem and ineffective solutions. Don’t know what else would work.

    • But we have to keep trying and hoping for the best Eneyi @missirregularversion If you feel overwhelmed and need to take a break, please do but don’t give up hope. You’re going to be a momma…I don’t know how but something will work out for you. :hugs: :hugs: Stay strong mama.

  • The last scan i had before i ovulated just after my last period showed my endometrium was 24mm thick. Thats bout twice the normal size. I knew i ovulated because i used opks. I guess i’m just all in my feelings now because i woulda been due yesterday if i didn’t loose my last baby. It’s well.

Okay mama. I’m more petrified that nothing seems to be working for me over not getting pregnant. But i guess i haven’t been on it long enough to complain. Lemme watch what happens over next few months.

  • I’m an absolute believer in vitex and maca for PCOS. Been on Vitex 800mg and maca 1900mg for bout a month and a half now. I did get a natural period in 9days and ovulate too. Now i’m worried because i am on CD43 and no period in sight. And its definitely not a BFP! I hate to think my case is so hopeless that the ‘almighty’ vitex and maca gave up…[Read more]

Hahahahahaa….. Yes mama im doing well.

    • I saw your question about the effect of maca and vitex @missirregularversion. It’s nice that you got a period and actually ovulated, however, you must also realise it will take your body some time to really get used to the introduction of the duo, so you mustn’t give up on or stop using them. :hugs: :hugs:

Yeah I guess making progress. I notice I feel lighter and thinner around the waist. That should be a good sign. Well I always spot before my period but for a day max. I don’t want to think about it but this kinda looks like (IB) to me. Still waiting to see what it turns out to be.

Okay ma would definitely give it a shot. I have started to balance with plant protein, lesser carbs, more fruits and veggies so hopefully I’ll get on track. Started spotting 3days ago but no real period in sight. Oh my don’t I have the most obnoxious bfp SYMPTOMS!!!!! Oh well. Not getting my hopes up and NOT checking either.

    • Eneyi @missirregularversion, no worries, don’t get your hopes up but I will have them in the sky on your behalf ;-) Do you always spot like this? And you are making real progress with your lifestyle changes. :good: :good:

@nicole. Oh My!!!! That Keto thing ain’t never gon work for me. Hehehehe. Oh well. My plans to reduce my sugar intake is going well. Managing my weight and all. But I’m most concerned about getting my first period for the year. Been really worried bout that. Looking into hormone therapy treatments to stabilize them hormones.

    • Hi @missirregularversion, glad to hear, you are bringing your sugar cravings under control, however I would suggest an enhanced lifestyle changes before the hormone therapy… if you have the time. True, Keto isn’t for everyone but it helps a lot, if one can stick to it.

    • @missirregularversion hun, what kind of hormone treatments are you on? And I used to think I could never do KETO but I surprised myself. Try it hun. So many success stories about how it has helped women regulate their cycles. Or even if not KETO, try to eliminate white carbs from your diet. Can you manage?
