    There are so many ways to track ovulation….but the accuracy differs from person to person. Literature tells us we should expect ovulation from days 14 to 16 of our cycle. But some people ovulate earlier….some people later.

    But if you track your body effectively, through charting your basal body temperature (BBT), checking cervical mucous, and using ovulation predictor kits (OPK), you will be able to effectively identify your actual ovulation day(s).
