Thank you Elsie @elsie. I guess, you can do that. We we’ll, just keep it for you until, you’re around our neighbourhood.
For those interested in having the T-shirts, you can find payment details, when you go to the website to register for the walk. http://www.beibeihaven.com.June 30, 2016 at 11:35 am #16858
Hi ladies, how are you all doing today. Found this simple smoothie recipe on my virtual strolls and thought our PCOS ladies would like it. All the healthy living gurus are here
Sources of good fats combined with enzymes make this smoothie great for promoting ovulation and stabilizing blood sugar. When your blood sugar is stable, you feel less anxious and more calm during times of stress. Finding ways to stay calm is particularly important when your body is preparing for ovulation.
Creamy Avocado and Pineapple Smoothie
1/2 Avocado (ripe)
1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt (whole fat)
1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Pineapple
1 Cup Coconut Water
1 Teaspoon Raw Honey (adjust to taste)
Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and enjoy!July 1, 2016 at 7:18 pm #16897
Hello ladies, how did your day go? Mine was awesome.
The Fertility Walk organised by our partner, Beibei Haven is this month oh! Hope you’re making plans to attend. As I have said earlier, it will be really nice to have you there.
T-shirts are available and if you are interested, just send me an inbox message and I will forward the bank details to you. As Nicole@nicole mentioned the other time, the T-shirts will be customised for us, The Fertile Chicks
Kindly disregard, my earlier post of paying on their website as, it’s logistically easier for us to pay as a group for the T-shirts than individually.
P.S: If you are not interested in the T-shirts, but would like to come, you can still register for the walk at http://www.beibeihaven.com.July 8, 2016 at 12:39 pm #17043

For The Fertile Chick customised T-shirts for the Walk, today is the last day for payment. If you are interested, please holla at me. You can still get the T-shirt though but you will have to pay to Beibei Haven. Their account details are on their website.July 20, 2016 at 9:39 am #17552

September is the first ember month in the year but it is also the month dedicated to creating awareness about the condition, which most of us in the group are all too familiar with, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
Here’s to creating more awareness about PCOS. Feel free to share some of your PCOS stories and symptoms and how you have dealt with it. It will end in praise for all of us.
