Day Post Transfer (DPT)
1 At the time of transfer, the embryo should be 6-8 celled, and in the process of developing into a morula

4 As the hatching process continues, the blastocyst should start to attach itself to the uterine wall
5 The blastocyst attaches itself deeper in the uterine wall, beginning the implantation process
6 The implantation process continues
7 Implantation should be complete, and the cells that will become the placenta and fetus begin to develop
8 hCG starts to enter the blood stream. At this stage, it is possible to start experiencing genuine pregnancy symptoms
9 hCG continues to be secreted into the blood stream, and fetal development continue
10 hCG continues to be secreted into the blood stream, and fetal development continue
11 There should be enough hCG in the bloodstream to give a positive pregnancy result
